PAYMENT
Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice; invoices will be sent in September, January and April.  The number of weekly lessons in this time period will be predetermined by the teacher in accordance with the ICE Calendar.

CANCELLATIONS
Every effort should be made to avoid any cancellation of a lesson. There is no refund for missed lessons. In case the instructor cancels a lesson, the lesson will either be rescheduled, or credited.

COMMITMENT
Your teacher is a dedicated professional musician who has committed his/her time to help you attain your ultimate music potential. It is important to understand that a sense of commitment is necessary in order to make this a positive musical endeavor.

Daily home practice will be a very significant factor with your musical achievement and an expectation of every music teacher. Please realize this before you register for an ensemble.

A student is committed for a full term. If a student wishes to stop attending an ensemble, one month's notice is required.

SAFETY
When the students arrive at ICE they should go directly to their ensemble, or wait downstairs until the time of their rehearsal. Please ensure that young children are escorted by an adult to their lesson. They should not be left unattended and always collected punctually.

There are also some refreshments for the students at break, this is for the studetns and their families to enjoy. Please always alert us if a child has a food allergy, and we will take it under consideration.

The general public has regular access to the building and valuables must also be guarded at all times.
